Transition Assistance Period definition

Transition Assistance Period means each period of time, as agreed to by WellPoint and PBM, after the commencement of an Assistance Event, during which period PBM shall provide Transition Assistance Services.
Transition Assistance Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(d).
