Transition Assistance Period definition

Transition Assistance Period means each period of time, as agreed to by WellPoint and PBM, after the commencement of an Assistance Event, during which period PBM shall provide Transition Assistance Services.

Transition Assistance Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(d).

• For your part, you will continue during the Transition Assistance Period to perform your duties in a professional and competent manner and you will continue to comply with all applicable Company policies and practices and to comply with all directives that you receive.
