Transient Dwelling Units definition

Transient Dwelling Units shall refer to private or semi-private dwelling units in a hotel, motel, hospital, nursing home, dormitory, prison or similar structure, institution or place of transient residence, not including Public Areas therein.

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.
