INTRODUCTION This Contract Schedule 2 describes provisions that should be included in the Exit Plan, the duties and responsibilities of the Supplier to the Customer leading up to and covering the Expiry Date and the transfer of service provision to the Customer and/or a Replacement Supplier. Examples of Transferring Contracts in a sentence

The Supplier shall as soon as reasonably practicable assign or procure the novation to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier of the Transferring Contracts.
The Transferee shall be entitled to any and all defences, claims, counterclaims and rights of set-off under or in respect of the Transferring Contracts which would have been available to the Transferor.
