Transferring Assets definition

Transferring Assets has the meaning given to it in paragraph 120.2.1 of this Call Off Schedule 9;

Transferring Assets has the meaning given to it in paragraph 10.2.1 of this Contract Schedule 2; and

Transferring Assets has the meaning given in Paragraph 6.2(a) of Schedule 8.5 (Exit Management);

Examples of Transferring Assets in a sentence

• Risk in the Transferring Assets shall pass to the Customer or the Replacement Supplier (as appropriate) at the end of the Termination Assistance Period and title to the Transferring Assets shall pass to the Customer or the Replacement Supplier (as appropriate) on payment for the same.

• Within such period as may be specified by the Commission, the Successor Licensee shall notify the Commission and the Licensee of which Licensee Assets it requires to be transferred to it by the Licensee (Transferring Assets).

• The Transferee shall accept without investigation or requisition such title as the Transferor shall have at the Effective Date to the Transferring Assets and, at each Subsequent Transfer Date, to the Residual Assets then transferred.

More Definitions of Transferring Assets

Transferring Assets means those assets to be transferred by AstraZeneca to Mereo pursuant to Section 3.1, as set forth on Schedule 1.129.
