Transferred Patent Rights means all Patent Rights in any country of the world that are identified in Exhibit 1.80 attached to this Agreement, together with all provisionals, non-provisionals, PCTs, national stages, additions, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, substitutions, foreign counterparts, reissues, re-examinations, extensions, registrations, patent term extensions, supplemental protection certificates, renewals, and the like with respect to any of the foregoing.
Transferred Patent Rights means the Patent Rights identified in Schedule 1.1(h).
