Transferred Facilities definition

Transferred Facilities means facilities to be transferred from Panasonic to the Company based on the Business Transfer Agreement between the Parties dated as of April 1, 2014.

Transferred Facilities has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

Transferred Facilities means, collectively, the Spinco Owned Real Property, the Spinco Leased Real Property, the Subleased Premises and the Licensed Premises.

Transferred Facilities means the Owned Real Property or Leased Real Property to be transferred to Buyer as designated on Exhibit A.
