Transferred Customers definition

Transferred Customers means the Columbus Customers and the LCPR Customers.
Transferred Customers means all Transferred Mass Market Customers, Transferred Enterprise Customers, and Transferred Wholesale Customers as of the Closing Date (including all such customers who receive services from Sellers and their Subsidiaries pursuant to Contracts, service orders or binding terms and conditions), referred to collectively; provided, however, that (a) the term “Transferred Customers” shall exclude any customers of the Retained Business and (b) following the Closing nothing in this Agreement shall prevent (x) Lumen and its Retained Subsidiaries from selling to Transferred Customers products or services that are not Transferred Services or (y) Purchaser and its Affiliates (including, following the Closing, the Acquired Subsidiaries) from selling to customers of the Retained Business any products or services.
