More Definitions of Transferor Amount

Transferor Amount means on any date of determination an amount equal to (I) the sum of (A) the aggregate balance of Principal Receivables at the end of the day immediately prior to such date of determination and (B) the Special Funding Amount at the end of the day immediately prior to such date of determination minus (II) the Aggregate Invested Amount at the end of such day.

Transferor Amount means (a) prior to the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the “Transferor Amount” under (and as defined in) the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and (b) on and after the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the “Transferor Amount” as defined in Annex A to the Indenture.
