Transfer Stations definition

Transfer Stations means those transfer stations listed on Exhibit E.
Transfer Stations means the place specified in the MSW Supply Agreement by each Participating ULBs at which the respective Participating ULB shall be required to deliver MSW, and from where the Concessionaire is required to collect the MSW and transport it to the Site.

Transfer Stations means the following three transfer stations: Chowan/Gates/Perquimans Counties Transfer Station, Currituck County Transfer Station and Dare County Transfer Station. Sec. 2. Solid waste license required.It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in business as a solid waste collector within any area of the [county], without first having procured a solid waste license from the Board. All solid waste collectors within the [county] shall dispose of all solid waste generated within any area of the [county] at the Facility or the Transfer Stations. Sec. 3. Application, issuance, revocation of license.a) Application. All applicants for solid waste licenses shall file a written application with the Board’s authorized representative and shall furnish the following information:
Transfer Stations means those certain County-owned facilities that receive and temporarily store Committed City Waste and then transfer such materials onto larger vehicles for Transport. The Transfer Stations include the Central Transfer Station, Annapolis Transfer Station, Healdsburg Transfer Station, and Sonoma Transfer Station, but expressly exclude the Closed County Landfills.

Transfer Stations means and includes the Del Norte County Transfer Station, the Gasquet Transfer Station, and the Klamath Transfer Station, described as follows:
Transfer Stations means the Meadow Vista and Foresthill Transfer Stations owned by the County and operated by Contractor.
