Transfer Restriction Event definition

Transfer Restriction Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.11.
Transfer Restriction Event has the meaning specified in the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.
Transfer Restriction Event means any event that prevents BANA from selling Receivables to Funding under this Agreement. This term includes any Insolvency Event or any order of a Governmental Authority that has this effect.

  • Issuer Transfer Restriction Event means a Transfer Restriction Event prohibiting, restricting or materially delaying the transfer of a Redeeming Collateral Component by the Issuer to the Vendor.
