Transfer Period definition

Transfer Period means a period of 10 Working Days before a Customer’s order can be activated;
Transfer Period. A period of up to sixty (60) days following the Backup Servicer’s receipt of a Transfer Notice and ending on the date the Backup Servicer is to begin Successor Servicer duties for the Contracts and the related Receivables.
Transfer Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • The Transporter shall reject an Exit Capacity Transfer where the Transferred Exit Capacity exceeds the Shipper’s Available Exit Capacity on any Gas Flow Day in the Exit Capacity Transfer Period.
