Transfer Order definition

Transfer Order means a transfer order issued pursuant to subsection 40(1) of the CCA transferring this Agreement from the LHIN to Ontario Health;
Transfer Order means an order submitted by, or on behalf of, the Gaining Provider to Openreach, or other applicable wholesaler, requesting for the Target Line to be transferred from the Losing Provider to the Gaining Provider;
Transfer Order means the instruction given by a Member to the System for the purposes of the provisions of article 1, paragraph 1 sub- paragraph (m) of Legislative Decree no. 210 of 12th April 2001, on the finality of transfer orders realised through the replacement mechanism in Contractual Positions and consequent operations, according to the provisions of the rules of the System. For this purpose, the said instructions are compared with those given by the Special Clearing Member on behalf of other Market operators and those transferred to the Qualified Member.
