Transfer Notice definition

Transfer Notice means the notice of a proposed transfer of Shares described in Section 8.
Transfer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.
Transfer Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

Examples of Transfer Notice in a sentence

  • After delivery of an Asset Transfer Notice, the relevant Noteholder may not transfer the Notes which are the subject of such notice.

  • The Transfer Notice shall be signed both by the Optionee and by the proposed Transferee and must constitute a binding commitment of both parties to the transfer of the Shares.

  • Any proposed transfer on terms and conditions different from those described in the Transfer Notice, as well as any subsequent proposed transfer by the Optionee, shall again be subject to the Right of First Refusal and shall require compliance with the procedure described in Subsection (a) above.

  • Until the Company receives such Transfer Notice, the Company may treat the registered owner hereof as the owner for all purposes.

  • Any stationary container system that contains, or is intended to contain, a substance must comply, to the extent applicable, with the controls for stationary container systems as set out in Parts 1 to 19 of Schedule 8 of the Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice 2004, notwithstanding clause 1(1) of that Schedule.
