Transfer Limits. We may, at our sole discretion, impose limits (per transfer limit, per day limit, and limit on the total dollar amount of transfers over the 7-day period preceding the transfer you are currently requesting) on the amount of money you can transfer through the Service based on your account relationship with us or our review of your credit rating obtained through an authorized bureau. We reserve the right to increase or decrease these limits from time to time.
Transfer Limits means the limits referred to in Part 8 that determine where seedlings or cuttings may be planted, based on the registered lot from which the seedlings or cuttings originated;

Transfer Limits. Transfer limits are defined at enrollment. These daily dollar limits apply to the total of all transfers for all accounts linked to the user profile. Any transfer initiated on a day that is not a business day counts toward the applicable limit for the next business day. We may change your transfer limits at any time. If we decrease your daily dollar limit, we will notify you as required by law, but you agree that we may reduce your daily dollar limit without prior notice for security purposes or because of excessive overdrafts to your Middlesex Savings Bank account.

Errors in Transmission: By using the Services you accept the risk that an item may be intercepted or misdirected during transmission. First Choice Credit Union bears no liability to you or others for any such intercepted or misdirected items or information disclosed through such errors. Cooperation with Investigations: You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions and resolution of customer claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any records relating to such items and transmissions.
