Transfer Activities means the transfer from Vividion to Roche of the data, Materials, Know-How, documentation and other items in Vividion’s Control (including through its Affiliates), and reasonable technical assistance, in each case, to the extent reasonably necessary for Roche to continue development of the Original Compounds, along with such other commercially reasonable actions which may be conducted by Vividion to effectuate transfer of responsibilities, in each case in accordance with and as described in the applicable Transfer Plans. Related to Transfer Activities

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.
