Transactional Documents definition

Transactional Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Security Agreement, any “operational” or similar agreement between Funding Recipient and the City providing for the performance of services by Funding Recipient to its target population, and each other document, instrument and certificate executed by Funding Recipient or any other Person in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Transactional Documents means collectively this Agreement, the Prospectus, the Indenture, the Warrant Indenture, and the Security Documents;

Examples of Transactional Documents in a sentence

  • This Agreement and Enable’s rights under the Debenture or other Transactional Documents, and any and all rights, obligations or interests therein, may be transferred or assigned by Enable in its discretion.

  • Neither this Agreement nor any right, obligation or interest hereunder or under the Debenture or other Transactional Documents shall be assignable, transferable or otherwise alienable by the Company or the Subsidiary except with the prior written consent of Enable.

More Definitions of Transactional Documents

Transactional Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 28.
Transactional Documents means the agreements and documents, including the agreement between the city of Minneapolis, Hennepin County and representatives of the Municipal Building Commission Employees required by Section 6(b) of this act, any real estate ownership structure or joint powers agreement under Minnesota Statutes, section 471.59, needed to effectuate the efficient dissolution of the Municipal Building Commission pursuant to this act.
Transactional Documents means collectively this Agreement, the Subscription Agreements, and the Warrant Indenture;
Transactional Documents means the agreements and documents, including any real estate ownership structure or joint powers agreement under Minnesota Statutes, section 471.59, needed to effectuate the efficient dissolution of the Municipal Building Commission pursuant to this act.
Transactional Documents means, collectively, each and every agreement, document or indenture by which Funding Recipient or any Affiliate is bound relating to or materially affecting the acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, possession, occupancy or operation of the Premises or the implementation of the Project.
Transactional Documents means this Agreement and all other agreements, docu ments and instruments executed pursuant hereto or in connection with the consummation of the Contribution, the Unit Transfer or the Assumption and the other transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
