Examples of Transaction Vehicle in a sentence
No Transaction Lease was originated in, or is subject to the laws of, any jurisdiction under which the transfer and assignment of a beneficial interest in such Transaction Vehicle pursuant to a transfer of the Transaction SUBI Certificate or the Transaction SUBI or any other transaction contemplated hereunder to occur on or about the Closing Date, is unlawful, void or voidable.
