Transaction Security definition

Transaction Security means the Security provided for the Secured Obligations pursuant to the Security Documents.
Transaction Security means the Security created or expressed to be created in favour of the Security Agent pursuant to the Transaction Security Documents.
Transaction Security means the Security created or intended to be created in favour of the Security Agent pursuant to the Finance Documents.
