Transaction Records definition

Transaction Records means invoices or similar records of the purchase marine species by a licensed dealer, which identify the boat, license holder, the Rhode Island dealer name, and the date sold, species landed, pounds landed, name of the seller, and license number of the seller.
Transaction Records include sales slips and credit slips, which may be paper-based or electronic records that you give the Cardholder showing the amount of the Transaction and whether the Transaction was approved or declined by the Card issuer.
Transaction Records has the meaning given to it in clause 19.4;

Examples of Transaction Records in a sentence

  • Whether a Transaction Record is issued or not, it is Your responsibility to verify that all Transactions have been properly executed by checking the periodic statement or passbook entries itemizing Transactions and reviewing Your Transaction Records.

  • Merchant may not divide a single Transaction between two or more Transaction Records on a single Card to avoid Authorization limits that may be set by the Card Issuer.

  • Following termination, Merchant will, upon request, provide Provider with all original and electronic copies of Transaction Records and Credit Vouchers, if any, that have been retained by Merchant as of the date of termination.

  • You shall provide PSiGate with copies of Transaction Records upon request.

  • All presentment and assignment of Transaction Records, collection therefor and reassignment or rejection of such Transaction Records are subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Network Rules.


More Definitions of Transaction Records

Transaction Records means any contract notes, receipts, confirmations, reports, advices or any other written document or notice containing the specific terms and conditions of any Investment or Transaction, including Confirmation;
Transaction Records means transaction advices, deposit advices and records relating to the Account.
