Transaction Rate definition

Transaction Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b)(ii).
Transaction Rate means, with respect to an Alternate Currency Advance, such fixed rate per annum as the Borrower shall have requested in its Alternate Currency Borrowing Request for such Advance, and which each of the Banks, in its sole discretion, shall have agreed to for its respective Loan comprising such Advance.
