Transaction Levy definition

Transaction Levy means the transaction levy at the rate of 0.0027% of the Offer Price in respect of the Offer Shares imposed by the SFC;

In particular : no value for current date will cause any interruption in operation; date-based functionality must behave consistently for dates prior to, during and after Year 2000; in all interfaces and data storage, the century in any date must be specified either explicitly or by unambiguous algorithms or inference rules; and Year 2000 must be recognized as a leap year.
Transaction Levy means the transaction levy at the rate of 0.0027% of the Hong Kong Offer Price in respect of the Hong Kong Offer Shares, or 0.0027% of the International Offer Price in respect of the International Offer Shares (as the case may be), imposed by the SFC;

In the event the REIT Shares Amount includes rights that a holder of REIT Shares would be entitled to receive, then the value of such rights shall be determined by the General Partner acting in good faith on the basis of such quotations and other information as it considers, in its reasonable judgment, appropriate.
