Transaction Card definition

Transaction Card means a card, code, or other means of access to a value with the retail business issued to a person that allows the person to obtain, purchase, or receive any of the following:
Transaction Card means a valid and un-expired host based stored value card issued through Client, and bearing the symbols of one or more of Discover, MasterCard, Visa or the ATM/POS Networks.
Transaction Card means the card we will send to each Account Holder that allows you to make deposits and request Notice Withdrawals via the Post Office network.

  • Per Article 5, Section 5.3(b) of this Agreement, should Bank make deductions from the Company Reserve Account as permitted under Section 5.4 to fund the payment of Merchant Losses, Transaction Card chargebacks, Losses on ACH transactions for Merchants or Company, fees or any other amounts due to Bank, Company will be required within three (3) business days to replenish the Company Reserve Account by the amount of such deductions.

  • During the Wind-Down Period both Xxxxxx Beaumont and Client will continue to be bound by and perform their respective obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement with respect to Transaction Cards, including authorization, processing, and settlement of Transaction Card transactions and corrections thereto, recordkeeping, statement issuance, and customer support.

  • A Cardholder enters a SIRE Network location and submits to the retail location cash that the cardholder wishes to Load on his/her Transaction Card.

  • Client or WildCard may deem it necessary or appropriate from time to time to add other services or increase, reduce, or change the Services under one or more Transaction Card Programs (a "Service Change").


More Definitions of Transaction Card

Transaction Card means a card issued pursuant to a license from or agreement with MasterCard, VISA or Network or any other card issuing organization for which FDR currently provides service support, including without limitation, any "virtual" card permitted under the MasterCard or Visa rules and regulations in existence as of the date hereof. This shall include any credit card or debit card program offered by Customer.
Transaction Card means a debit card, credit card or travel money card.

Transaction Card or “Transaction Cards” shall mean a Visa/MasterCard/Discover credit or debit card, travel and entertainment card, or other credit or debit card shown as a qualified card on lists furnished to Customer by Bank or WorldPay from time to time.
Transaction Card means (a) a card used for credit or debit transactions, (b) a private label or retail debit or credit card, (c) a stored value or other prepayment service card, or (d) an electronic coupon, electronic benefit card, or signature/security card used in connection with electronic financial transactions or other similar services.
Transaction Card means a Card issued pursuant to a license from a Card Association for which the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries currently provides service support.
Transaction Card means the embossed Cardholder plastic card which is used to execute transactions on an Account.
