Transaction Bonus definition

Transaction Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(d) hereof.

More Definitions of Transaction Bonus

Transaction Bonus means a bonus awarded to an employee or consultant of the Company pursuant to a Transaction Bonus Agreement.
