Transaction Assets definition

Transaction Assets has the meaning given in Paragraph H.1(a) of the Purchase and Sale Terms.

Transaction Assets means, collectively, (i) the projects and related assets set out in Schedule B to this Proposal and/or the shares of the subsidiaries of Power Corp. which own such projects and assets; (ii) Power Corp.’s office lease, photocopier lease and the office equipment onsite at the leased office premises; and (iii) Power Corp.’s leases for two storage lockers and the contents of those lockers.

Transaction Assets means the Type 3 Note, the Type 4 Notes, the Type 5 Assets, the Black Hawk Stock, the TEA Assets, the TOC Assets, the TOGCO Stock and the Partnership Assets, collectively.

More Definitions of Transaction Assets

Transaction Assets shall, collectively, mean the assets designated as such in each Amended Senior Secured Credit Facility.
