Tranche B Term Loan Lenders definition

Tranche B Term Loan Lenders means (a) on the date hereof, the Lenders having Tranche B Term Loan Commitments on the signature pages hereof, and (b) thereafter, the Lenders from time to time holding Tranche B Term Loans and Tranche B Term Loan Commitments after giving effect to any assignments thereof permitted by Section 12.06(b).

• The Administrative Agent shall make available to the Borrower the aggregate of the amounts made available to the Administrative Agent by the Tranche B Term Loan Lenders, in like funds as received by the Administrative Agent.

• All notices, requests and other communications to any party hereunder shall be in writing (including bank wire, telecopy or similar teletransmission or writing) and shall be given to such party at its address or applicable teletransmission number set forth on the signature pages hereof or with respect to the Tranche B Term Loan Lenders, as set forth in Annex 1, or such other address or applicable teletransmission number as such party may hereafter specify by notice to the Agent and the Borrower.
