Tranche B Required Lenders definition

Tranche B Required Lenders means Tranche B Lenders having more than 50% of the Tranche B Revolving Commitments or, if the Tranche B Revolving Commitments have terminated, Tranche B Lenders holding more than 50% of the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Tranche B Revolving Loans. The Tranche B Revolving Commitments of, and the outstanding Tranche B Revolving Loans held by, any Defaulting Lender shall be excluded for purposes of making a determination of Tranche B Required Lenders for as long as such Tranche B Lender is a Defaulting Lender.
Tranche B Required Lenders means, as of any date of determination, Tranche B Lenders holding in the aggregate greater than 50% of the Total Tranche B Term Outstandings; provided that the portion of the Total Tranche B Term Outstandings held or deemed held by, any Defaulting Lender shall be excluded for purposes of making a determination of Tranche B Required Lenders.
Tranche B Required Lenders means, as of any date of determination, Tranche B Lenders holding in the aggregate in excess of 66 and 2/3% of the aggregate Tranche B Loans; provided that the portion of the Tranche B Loans held or deemed held by any Defaulting Lender shall be excluded for purposes of making a determination of the Tranche B Required Lenders; provided further that at all times when two or more Tranche B Lenders are party to this Agreement, the term “Tranche B Required Lenders” shall in no event mean less than two Tranche B Lenders unless only two Tranche B Lenders are party to this Agreement and one of such Tranche B Lenders is a Defaulting Lender.

Tranche B Required Lenders means at any time Lenders owed or holding at least a majority in interest of the sum of the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche B Term Advances outstanding at such time, or, if no such principal amount is outstanding at such time, Lenders holding at least a majority in interest of the aggregate of the Tranche B Term Commitments (provided that, for purposes hereof, neither the Borrower, nor any of its Affiliates, if a Lender, shall be included in (x) the Lenders holding such amount of the Tranche B Term Advances or having such amount of the Tranche B Term Commitments or (y) determining the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Tranche B Term Advances or the total Tranche B Term Commitments); provided, however, that if any Lender shall be a Defaulting Lender at such time, there shall be excluded from the determination of Tranche B Required Lenders at such time (i) the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche B Term Advances owing to such Lender (in its capacity as a Lender) and outstanding at such time and (ii) the aggregate unused portion of the Tranche B Term Commitments of such Lender at such time.
