Tranche B Repayment Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

On each Tranche B Repayment Date the Company shall pay to Holder such principal amount designated in such notice, together with all accrued but unpaid interest on such principal amount, in cash by wire transfer in accordance with the terms hereof.

More Definitions of Tranche B Repayment Date

Tranche B Repayment Date means the first date on which (i) the Tranche B Commitment shall have been permanently reduced to $0 pursuant to Section 2.12(b) and (ii) the Tranche B Term Loans shall have been repaid in full.

Tranche B Repayment Date means the date falling on the second anniversary of the date of this Agreement.
