Tranche B Advances definition

Tranche B Advances is defined in Section 2.1.2(a).
Tranche B Advances means Advances so long as, and to the extent that, they are secured by High LTV Mortgage Loans which are not Wet Loans.
Tranche B Advances means all Advances made by the Lenders as part of the Tranche B Financing Commitment upon the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Examples of Tranche B Advances in a sentence

  • All Tranche B Advances under the Finnvera Facility B shall be in Canadian Dollars alone.

  • In the event of a suspension of the Borrower’s right to request Tranche B Advances (including conversions and extensions thereof) from one or more Foreign Tranche B Lenders under Section 4.10 (each a “Tranche B Affected Lender”), each Tranche B Affected Lender shall, concurrently with the notice described in Section 4.10, seek alternative sources of funding the Tranche B Advances and, if sufficient funds are obtained, shall notify the Borrower as to when such funds will be available for Tranche B Advances.

  • Any portion of the Tranche B Advances that is subsequently repaid or prepaid may not be reborrowed.

  • Upon effecting any of the Mandatory Repayments described in this Article 9, the Borrower shall not be entitled to request any further Tranche B Advances and the Finnvera Facility B and each Tranche B Lender’s Tranche B Commitment thereunder shall be cancelled.
