Tranche A Note definition

Tranche A Note means a promissory note evidencing Tranche A Loans, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

Tranche A Note shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.2 of the Credit Agreement.

Tranche A Note means a promissory note in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-1, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Tranche A Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(d).

Tranche A Note means any Tranche A Note executed and delivered pursuant to Section 2.1A hereof.

Tranche A Note means the Note made by the Borrower to the order of the Lender dated the Closing Date evidencing the Tranche A Loan in the aggregate principal amount of $328,250,000.

Tranche A Note shall have the meaning assigned in Section 2.2(b).
