Tranche A Commitments definition

Tranche A Commitments means the obligation of the Tranche A Lenders to make the Tranche A Loans to the Lessor in an aggregate principal amount at any one (1) time outstanding not to exceed the aggregate of the amounts set forth opposite each Tranche A Lender's name on Schedule 2.1 to the Credit Agreement, as such amount may be increased or reduced from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Operative Agreements; provided, no Tranche A Lender shall be obligated to make Tranche A Loans in excess of such Tranche A Lender's share of the Tranche A Commitments as set forth adjacent to such Tranche A Lender's name on Schedule 2.1 to Credit Agreement.
Tranche A Commitments means such commitments of all Holders in the aggregate. The amount of each Holder’s Tranche A Commitment is set forth on Appendix A. The amount of the Tranche A Commitments as of the Closing Date is $140,000,000.
Tranche A Commitments means the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche A Commitments of all the Banks, the initial maximum amount of which shall be $100,000,000.

More Definitions of Tranche A Commitments

Tranche A Commitments means the aggregate amount of the Tranche A Commitments of all the Tranche A Revolving Lenders. Each Tranche A Revolving Lender’s Tranche A Commitment as of the First Amendment Closing Date is set forth on Schedule 2.01, or in the Assignment and Assumption or Commitment Increase Agreement pursuant to which such Lender shall have assumed or incurred its Tranche A Commitment, as applicable. The aggregate amount of the Tranche A Revolving Lenders’ Tranche A Commitments as of the First Amendment Closing Date is $0.
Tranche A Commitments means, with respect to each Tranche A Lender, its obligation to advance Tranche A Loans or to participate in LC Issuances in an aggregate principal or face amount at any time outstanding up to but not exceeding:
