Examples of Tranche A Amount in a sentence

  • Payable in arrears and fully earned on the first day of each month during the term of this Agreement, (i) for the ratable benefit of the Tranche A Lenders, an unused line fee in an amount equal to 0.5% per annum times the Average Unused Portion of the Maximum Tranche A Amount, and (ii) for the ratable benefit of the Tranche B Lenders, an unused line fee in an amount equal to 0.5% per annum times the Average Unused Portion of the Maximum Tranche B Amount.

  • The aggregate amount of Tranche A Revolving Credit Advances outstanding shall not exceed at any time the lesser of (A) the Maximum Tranche A Amount and (B) the Tranche A Borrowing Base, in each case less the sum of the Letter of Credit Obligations and the Swing Line Loan outstanding at such time ("Tranche A Borrowing Availability").
