Training Partner definition

Training Partner or “TP” means the private training provider which provides skill training and is empanelled by Assam Skill Development Mission. “Contract” shall mean the agreement between the ASDM/Authority and the TP, duly signed by the parties to the agreement through their authorized representative, for the execution of the work as prescribed in the scope of work of this document and all terms and conditions mentioned hereinafter.
Training Partner means any agency authorised to deliver the NCA/POCC training syllabus. The cost of training per student is as indicated on the Proceeds of Crime Centre nomination form. Any relevant duties or taxes including VAT will be added to the cost of all sales at the prevailing rate.
Training Partner means an organization with demonstrable expertise in demand response training selected to deliver PLMA training. Training Partners are selected by the Education Planning Group and/or the Executive Committee to help develop Training Materials and to conduct Training Presentment.
