Training authority definition

Training authority means an individual of a law enforcement agency or academy certified under COMAR 12.04.01.10, who is authorized by the law enforcement agency or academy certified under COMAR 12.04.01.10 to submit under provisions of this chapter an application for any of the following for another individual:

Examples of Training authority in a sentence

  • By agreement in writing, and with the consent of the relevant State or Territory Training Authority, the employer and the Trainee may vary the duration of the Traineeship and the extent of approved training, provided that any agreement to vary is in accordance with the relevant Traineeship.
