Train Fleet definition

Train Fleet means: (a) the rolling stock vehicles described in or required by Schedule 1.7 (The Train Fleet); and (b) any other rolling stock vehicles the Secretary of State consents to in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 1.7 (The Train Fleet) from time to time;
Train Fleet means the rolling stock vehicles specified in or required by the Appendix (Trains comprising the Train Fleet) to Schedule 5.1 (The Train Fleet) and any other rolling stock vehicles RfL consents to in accordance with paragraph 2 (Changes to the Train Fleet) of Schedule 5.1 from time to time;
Train Fleet means the rolling stock vehicles specified in or required by Appendix 1 (The Train Fleet) to Schedule 1.1 (Service Development) and any other rolling stock vehicles the Authority consents to in accordance with paragraph 15 of Schedule 1.1 from time to time;

Related to Train Fleet

  • Train Slot has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the Network Code;

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • In Flight means the time commencing with the actual takeoff run of the Aircraft and continuing thereafter until it has completed its landing roll. If the Aircraft is a rotorcraft, from the time the rotors start to revolve under power for the purpose of flight until they subsequently cease to revolve.

  • Compression Ignition Engine means an internal combustion engine with operating characteristics significantly similar to the theoretical diesel combustion cycle. The regulation of power by controlling fuel supply in lieu of a throttle is indicative of a compression ignition engine.

  • Train Mile means, in relation to a train, or a portion of a train, a mile travelled by that train, or that portion of a train, on the Network;

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • Flight means any flight demonstration, flight test, taxi test, or other flight made in the performance of this contract, of for the purpose of safeguarding the aircraft, or previously approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.
