Trailing Twelve Month definition

Trailing Twelve Month means the twelve (12) calendar month period immediately preceding the date of calculation.

Related to Trailing Twelve Month

  • Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.
