Trailing 12 Month Period definition

Trailing 12 Month Period means, for any specified date, the 12 month period ending with the last day of the most recent Calendar Quarter for which financial statements have been delivered by the Borrower to the Lender pursuant to Sections 13.04(c) and (d).
Trailing 12 Month Period has the meaning specified in Section 5.04(a)(v).
Trailing 12 Month Period means, for any specified date, the 12 month period ending with the last day of the most recent calendar quarter for which property statements have been delivered by the REIT to the Lender pursuant to Section 13.01(d)(3) or (4).

  • 12-Month Period means a rolling 12-month period measured backward from the date leave is taken and continuous with each additional leave day taken.
