traffic data definition

traffic data means any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of a communication on an electronic communications network or for the billing thereof;
traffic data means any computer data relating to a communication by means of a computer system, generated by a computer system that formed a part in the chain of communication, indicating the communication’s origin, destination, route, time, date, size, duration, or type of underlying service.
traffic data means any data identifying or purporting to identify any person, computer system or computer network or location to or from which the communication is or may be transmitted and includes communications origin, destination, route, time, date, size, duration or type of underlying service or any other information.

  • Customer agrees that information received through the CSG Traffic Data Service is “Confidential Information” under the Agreement and as such shall be kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Agreement.
