Trading Position definition

Trading Position has the meaning given to it in the auction rules Unit has the meaning given to it in the auction rules.
Trading Position means a trading book position held either in respect of derivative positions or money market positions;
Trading Position means a position that is held by a covered company forthe purpose of short-term resale or with the intent of benefitting from actual or expected short-term price movements, or to lock-in arbitrage profits.

Ongoing expenses shall not include expenses of litigation not involving the activities of the Advisor on behalf of the Partnership. Ongoing expenses include offering and organizational expenses of the Partnership. No Incentive Fee shall be paid to the Advisor until the end of the first full calendar quarter of the Advisor’s trading for the Partnership, which fee shall be based on New Trading Profits (if any) earned from the commencement of trading by the Advisor on behalf of the Partnership through the end of the first full calendar quarter of such trading. Interest income earned, if any, shall not be taken into account in computing New Trading Profits earned by the Advisor. If Net Assets of the Partnership allocated to the Advisor are reduced due to redemptions, distributions or reallocations (net of additions), there shall be a corresponding proportional reduction in the related loss carryforward amount that must be recouped before the Advisor is eligible to receive another Incentive Fee.

  • Matched Positions for CFD trading shall mean Long and Short Positions of the same Transaction Size opened on the Client Account for the same CFD.

  • Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Call Equivalent Position shall have the meaning set forth in Rule 16a-1(b) under the Exchange Act.

  • Short Position means any short position (whether conditional or absolute and whether in the money or otherwise) including any short position under a derivative, any agreement to sell or any delivery obligation or right to require another person to purchase or take delivery.

  • Regular Position means an individual Nurse’s job defined as a percentage of full-time hours as set out in the appointment letter referred to in Article 15.
