Trading Contract definition

Trading Contract means precious metals trading contract entered into subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including but not limited to any matching/ hedging contracts. 「買賣合約」 指根據本協議條款訂立之有關貴金屬交易的合約,包括但不限於任何相配/對沖合約。
Trading Contract means any swap, forward, option or hedging agreement relating to the purchase or sale of energy-related products and services.

More Definitions of Trading Contract

Trading Contract means a contract entered into for purely commercial purposes by a Finance Party with an Obligor which relates to its trading activities and which is not related to any banking business which is conducted between the contracting parties.
Trading Contract means any forward, futures, option, swap, hedge, collar, cap, floor or similar contract regarding electric energy or the generation, scheduling, transmission, or distribution of electricity, or any fuels related thereto, and any other derivative instrument, contract or arrangement based thereon or on any related indices, regardless of whether such instrument, contract or arrangement provides for or results in physical delivery of electric energy or fuel or cash settlement, including, but not limited to contracts for forward delivery of physical output of assets or physical load obligations.
