Trade Ticket definition

Trade Ticket means any trade ticket, confirmation of trade, instruction to post or to commit to the trade or similar instrument or document or other written instruction (including by email or other electronic communication or file transfer protocol).
Trade Ticket means a confirmation of the purchase and/or sale of a Collateral Obligation as provided by the Collateral Manager to the Collateral Agent and the Custodian in connection with such purchase or sale.

  • The aggregate principal balance of the mortgage loans in each pool is shown on the Trade Ticket under Trade Amount, and is subject to an upward or downward variance by closing of up to 5%.

Trade Ticket. Any third party trade ticket entered into by Seller or its Affiliates with respect to a RMBS to be purchased by, or repurchased from, Buyer in connection with a simultaneous acquisition or sale of such RMBS by Seller.
