Trade Services means all remaining services that do not meet the definition for Personal Services.
Trade Services means any facility, service or accommodation as the Bank may, at its sole discretion, extend or continue to extend to the Customer or to any other person at the request of the Customer from time to time by way of loans, discounts, overdrafts, advances against bills of exchange and/or documents, negotiation or collection of bills of exchange and/or documents, the issue, confirmation or transfer of a documentary credit or a standby letter of credit, the issue of a shipping guarantee or other trade-related dealings concerning goods, services and/or obligations.
Trade Services means and include provision of the account details and trade reports stipulated in the Connect Online system and/or fulfilment of such trade transactions by Bank on behalf of the Client wherein instructions are given by the Client to the Bank using the Connect Online system to process, facilitate, finance and advise such trade transactions including but not restricted to Bank Guarantees, Export Bills, Import Bills, Export LCs, Inward Collection Bills, Inland Inward Collection Bills, Import LCs, Inland LCs, Inland Outward Bills, Foreign Currency Remittance, Foreign Inward Remittance Settlement. IDPMS and EDPMS (Import and Export Data Processing and Monitoring System) Reports and Regularisation, Loan wise Outstanding’s (PCFC), Loan wise outstanding’s (PCINR), Invoice Discounting, Post Shipment Finance, EEFC Conversion and/or the processing of such transactions and/or online Payment instructions initiated by the Client in terms thereof.

More Definitions of Trade Services
Trade Services means and include provision of the transaction details and transaction advices stipulated in the e-Banking system and/or fulfilment of such trade transactions by the Bank on behalf of the Customer wherein instructions are given by the Customer to the Bank using the e-Banking system to process, facilitate, finance and advise such trade transactions including but not restricted to BG / SBLC Issuance, Import LC Issuance, Export Bills Collection, Inward Bills Collection Inquiry, Export LC / BG advising, and/or the processing of such transactions and/or online Payment instructions initiated by the Customer in terms thereof. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:-
Trade Services or "Services" means the services provided by the Bank from time to time regarding an order/instruction for the issuance, amendment, acceptance, rejection, payment of letters of credit and/or letters of guarantee, bills for collection and shipping guarantees. "1bank Service" has the same meaning and interpretation as defined and/or set out in the Terms and Conditions of the 1bank Service as amended by the Bank from time to time.
Trade Services means the trade finance facility provided to the Customer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to the issuance of a Letter of Credit, Letter of Guarantee or a Shipping Guarantee. “Trade Limit” means the aggregate limit on all Trade Services (including any sub limits) available to the Customer, as specified in the Facility Offer Letter or amended at the sole discretion of the Bank from time to time.

Trade Services means a transaction to provide advisory, consulting or other support services to any person in connection with international trade or a trade investment.CHAPTER II ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BANK3. Establishment of the Bank. (1) On commencement of this Act, the Export-Import Bank of Pakistan shall stand established.
