Trade Mxxx definition

Trade Mxxx means and trade-mxxx or trade-name as may be adopted for use on the Licensed Products from time to time.

Trade Mxxx means registered trade marks in Cyrillic and/or Latin characters, script, logos, designs and drawings together with applications for the grant of these trade marks and together with all rights or forms of protection having equivalent or similar effect to any of the foregoing which may subsist anywhere in the world;
