Trade Marks definition

Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;
Trade Marks means the LME Trade Marks and Third Party Trade Marks collectively.
Trade Marks means trade-marks, trade-names, brands, trade dress, business names, domain names, designs, graphics, logos and other commercial symbols and indicia of origin whether registered or not and any goodwill associated with them.

More Definitions of Trade Marks

Trade Marks means all names, marks, symbols and logos from time to time owned by, registered by or licensed to us, including without limitation “Reed Business School”;
