Trade Indebtedness definition

Trade Indebtedness means Indebtedness incurred by the Company in the normal course of drilling, operating, producing and maintaining Qualified Real Property in connection with (i) vendor contracts, (ii) partnership, joint venture, farm-in, farm-out, joint operating and similar arrangements or agreements, and (iii) related contractual obligations.
