Trade Documents definition

Trade Documents means the Applicable Supplement, the Supplemental Trust Deed, the Swap Agreement, any Sub- Custodian Agreement or custody agreement entered into in respect of the Notes, the Notes of such Series, any supplementary security document, if any, entered into in respect of such Series and the final form of any other documents entered into by a party or produced in connection with the Notes. Any reference to "Notes " in this Applicable Supplement, any Transaction Document or any Trade Document shall be deemed to refer to the Notes constituted and secured by the Supplemental Trust Deed together with any Further Tranche of Notes issued pursuant to Condition 1(c)(Fungible Tranches of Notes comprising a Series), unless the context otherwise requires.DESCRIPTION OF THE SWAP AGREEMENT The following is a summary of the principal terms of the Swap Agreement which should not be relied upon as an exhaustive description of, and is qualified in its entirety by, the detailed provisions of the agreements (copies of which are available from the specified office of the Principal Paying Agent. The form of the Swap Confirmation is set out in the section "Form of Swap Confirmation").

Trade Documents means in relation to a Series of Notes, the Issuance Document, the relevant Supplemental Trust Deed, the relevant Related Agreements, the relevant Dealer Agreement, any Sub-Custodian Agreement or custody agreement entered into in respect of such Series, the Notes of such Series, any Supplementary Security Document, entered into in respect of such Series and the final form of any other documents entered into by a party or produced in connection with such Series; and

Trade Documents means any commercial letters of credit, trade letters of credit, documentary letters of credit (excluding Letters of Credit issued hereunder), bankers’ acceptances, bank guarantees, standby letters of credit, supply chain finance and other trade related products (and any applications, agreements and documents related thereto) issued by any Trade Bank for the account or benefit of the Company or any direct or indirect wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Company for use in the Company’s or such wholly-owned Subsidiary’s trading business.
Trade Documents means in relation to a Series of Obligations, the Applicable Supplement, the relevant Supplemental Trust Deed, any Securities Transfer Agreement, the relevant Related Agreement, any Sub-Custodian Agreement or custody agreement entered into in respect of such Series, the Obligations of such Series, any Supplementary Security Document, if any, entered into in respect of such Series and the final form of any other documents entered into by a party or produced in connection with such Series;
