Trade Debts definition

Trade Debts means all trading debts existing between any member of the Vendors' Group and any Group Company incurred in the ordinary course of business.
Trade Debts means amounts owing by way of trade credit in the ordinary course of trading as a result of goods or services supplied by a Group Company to a member of the Seller’s Group or vice versa and which are specifically identified on a schedule in Agreed Form prior to Completion; 88.
