Trade Creditor definition

Trade Creditor means the Holder of a Trade Claim.
Trade Creditor means a vendor, supplier or other trade creditor of the Debtor.

More Definitions of Trade Creditor

Trade Creditor means an entity that provided raw materials, goods, inventory or services to a Seller on credit terms, other than pursuant to the type of agreement described in Section 365(c)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code.
