Toxic Mold definition

Toxic Mold means any mold or fungus at the Property which is of a type (i) that might pose a significant risk to human health or the environment or (ii) that would negatively impact the value of the Property.
Toxic Mold means fungi that reproduces through the release of spores or the splitting of cells or other means that may pose a risk to human health or the environment or negatively affect the value of any Individual Property, including, but not limited to, mold, mildew, fungi, fungal spores, fragments and metabolites such as mycotoxins and microbial volatile organic compounds.
Toxic Mold has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20.

More Definitions of Toxic Mold

Toxic Mold means any fungal or bacterial bioaerosol (including, without limitation, Stachybotrys chartarum (“black mold”), spores, mycotoxins, endotoxins, bacterial cells, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs)), or any other mold or fungus, in, on or affecting the Mortgaged Property, which is of a type determined by the application of reasonably acceptable scientific practices to pose a risk to human health or the environment or could have a material adverse effect on the value of the Mortgaged Property.
Toxic Mold means those biological agents, such as mold or fungi that can or are known to produce mycotoxins or other bioaerosols such as antigens, bacteria, amoebae and microbial volatile organic compounds.
Toxic Mold has the meaning set forth in the definition of Hazardous Materials.
