Town Solicitor definition

Town Solicitor means the Town Solicitor and includes an Assistant Town Solicitor or Legal Counsel acting under the direction of the Town Solicitor;
Town Solicitor means the Town’s Town Solicitor or the person acting in that capacity or their designate;
Town Solicitor means a person or firm designated by the Town to be Town Solicitor; “Town Staff” includes the Director of Planning and Development or his/her designate, and other staff employed by the Town; “Town Standards” means the Town Engineering Standards, as amended or replaced from time to time;

Town Solicitor means a solicitor or a firm of solicitors which the Town may retain or employ from time to time to perform such legal services on behalf of the Town as may be required for the purposes of representing the Town.
