Town Centre definition

Town Centre means the area shown coloured raspberry on Plan 3 (Settlement Plan) of the S106 Agreement or as otherwise agreed between the Joint Venture and the relevant local planning authority; 1.1.5 Where these conditions require details to be submitted, these shall be submitted in writing; and 1.1.6 Where any agreement, consent or approval is to be given by the relevant local planning authority, such agreement, consent or approval shall be given in writing.
